Terms of Service

By accessing or using MemeForge (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By creating an account, launching a project, or simply browsing MemeForge, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

MemeForge is a no-code memecoin website builder that enables users to create, customize, and publish landing pages for cryptocurrency tokens and meme coins. Our platform includes:

• › Pixel-art website templates for meme coin projects
• › An AI-assisted site builder powered by Groq AI
• › Token launch tooling integrated with Solana (via Pump.fun and Jupiter)
• › A live market data dashboard powered by DexScreener
• › Swap functionality via Jupiter Aggregator
• › IPFS metadata upload for SPL token metadata

MemeForge is a tooling platform only. We do not issue, manage, operate, or endorse any cryptocurrency project created using our Service. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

To access certain features of MemeForge, you may connect a Solana-compatible wallet (such as Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack). Your wallet address serves as your account identifier. You are solely responsible for:

• › Maintaining the security of your wallet seed phrase and private keys
• › All transactions initiated from your wallet on the platform
• › Any consequences of unauthorized access to your wallet
• › Ensuring your wallet interactions comply with applicable laws

MemeForge never has access to your private keys or seed phrase. We are not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from wallet compromise, phishing attacks, or user error.

You agree NOT to use MemeForge to:

• › Create, promote, or facilitate fraudulent or deceptive token projects (rug pulls, honeypots, exit scams)
• › Impersonate any person, project, or organization without authorization
• › Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• › Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• › Conduct unauthorized scraping, crawling, or data harvesting of our platform
• › Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure
• › Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its connected systems
• › Create content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or violates third-party rights
• › Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls
• › Use our AI features to generate content that violates our content policy

Your Content: You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you create using MemeForge (including your project names, logos, descriptions, and custom assets). By using our Service, you grant MemeForge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content: All original templates, design systems, source code, graphics, mascots (including Grimli the Dwarf), and other platform assets are owned by MemeForge and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary assets without express written permission.

Third-Party Content: MemeForge integrates with third-party services including Jupiter, DexScreener, Pump.fun, and Groq AI. Their respective terms of service and intellectual property policies apply to data and content sourced from those services.

By using MemeForge's token launch and swap features, you acknowledge that:

• › Crypto markets are highly volatile and largely unregulated in most jurisdictions
• › Memecoin projects have an extremely high failure rate — most lose nearly all value
• › MemeForge does not audit, endorse, or verify any project created on the platform
• › Past performance of any token is not indicative of future results
• › You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence (DYOR)
• › Smart contract interactions carry inherent technical risk including bugs and exploits
• › MemeForge charges platform fees that are non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed

Nothing on MemeForge constitutes financial advice. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

MemeForge may charge fees for certain features including but not limited to: paid plan subscriptions, token launch services, and premium templates. All fees are:

• › Displayed clearly before you initiate any transaction
• › Collected in SOL or USDC on the Solana blockchain (where applicable)
• › Non-refundable once a blockchain transaction has been confirmed
• › Subject to change with reasonable notice posted on the platform

Network fees (gas/transaction fees) are separate from MemeForge platform fees and are determined by the Solana network. MemeForge has no control over network fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MemeForge, its founders, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• › Any loss of funds, tokens, or digital assets resulting from use of the Service
• › Loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• › Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
• › The conduct of any third-party project created using our builder
• › Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service
• › Technical failures, bugs, or exploits in third-party integrations

MemeForge's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to MemeForge in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

MemeForge may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• › Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• › All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination will do so
• › Published project pages may be taken offline within 48 hours
• › We are not obligated to retain or export your project data after termination

You may also terminate your use of the Service at any time by ceasing all access and disconnecting your wallet.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MemeForge operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration, waiving any right to a jury trial or class action participation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
