• › AI-generated content created via Groq AI based on your prompts
• › IPFS metadata hashes from content you upload to the IPFS network

• › Pump.fun — processes token creation on their protocol when using our Launch feature

We may also disclose your information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MemeForge, our users, or the public.

Please be aware that blockchain transactions are public and immutable by nature. When you interact with the Solana blockchain through MemeForge:

• › Your wallet address (public key) and all on-chain transactions are permanently visible to anyone
• › Token metadata uploaded to IPFS is public and may be indexed by third parties
• › We cannot delete or modify any data recorded on the blockchain
• › Project websites you publish on MemeForge are publicly accessible URLs

You should exercise caution about what information you include in publicly visible project content and on-chain metadata.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law.

• › Project data is retained for the lifetime of your account
• › Usage analytics are retained in aggregated, anonymized form for up to 24 months
• › Server logs are retained for up to 90 days
• › AI prompt history is not persistently stored beyond the current session

Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.
